Being confident that God will help us is not automatic. Even if we say, "I know God is all-powerful," we may still feel unsure if His power will work for us in our particular situation. Listed below are scriptures to build up our faith and confidence that God's power will be available for us.
Read them out loud to convince yourself that God is able and that He willing to help you. These scriptures can then be used to shape our prayer, so that we are praying according to what God has already promised.
Mark 9:23 “If you can?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for him who believes.”
Romans 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you.
Ephesians 1:17-20 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms.
Philippians 4:13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
2 Tim. 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-

Romans 1: 16,17 I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
